Many of my neighbors use Oliver's so I gave them a try. I called the day before and they fit me in the next day. They were great and arrived right on time. The exterior and interior jobs on both of my cars were not extensive detailing jobs since I don't go off-roading. That said, the cars turned out beautifully inside and out and were completed in about 1 hour. My sense is that Oliver's uses much less water for the equivalent job than does a traditional car wash which I really like. I will definitely request Oliver's services again! read more

I paid for a detail, but I never did see them wax the car. I feel like I paid for an expensive wash.

I have been a customer of Oliver for a couple years now and has had nothing but great work on all my cars. Oliver is one to always make it right! Late last year I had Oliver come to my work to detail my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe and his guys had a little accident that they owned up to. They came into my job to let me know the vehicle was ready but they had a little accident. I went out with them to take a look at the accident and they showed me a deep scratch about 5 inches long. There was no way a wax or buff was going to take care of it. They asked me to contact Oliver which I did and he was quick to let me know to go ahead and bring the vehicle to a shop and get a quote. I took the vehicle to the body shop of my choice. He did try to go through his insurance but for some reason it wouldn't cover so he paid the bill in full. Needless to say the damage was over $1,300 and he did not hesitate to pay for the repair. I did not get upset as I know we are all humans and accidents happen. Nothing that can't be fixed. The vehicle is a $70k vehicle so no matter the vehicles value Oliver will own up to any mistakes as in this instance. After this I still go to Oliver to detail my vehicles and have recommended plenty of customers to him. Know that if they make a mistake they will own up to it and make it right! read more

I have been using Oliver for many years and we have developed a friend ship. With that said he didn't value the friendship as much as I did. Last Monday March 13th I called Oliver to wax a new black Porsche I had only owned for days. I spoke in detail with Oliver the day before and he said not to do a clay bar treatment because it will bring out swirl marks possibly. He said a regular wax will not do that. I asked him to please send his best guys because this is a expensive car. He said no problem amigo. His two guys showed up the following day in the morning to do the job. When they were finished they came to my door to let me know they were done. When I went out to see the car I almost fell to the ground. The car was entirely swirled with a white foggy look to the paint. I asked them what did they do and they replied we know and I said what do you mean you know. They said they messed up my car admitted to it and I have it all on video through my ring sound as well. I immediately called Oliver in a panic about the car and said they ruined my paint and swirled the entire car. I asked them if they saw it at the beginning and they said they did. I then asked them why didn't they stop and come get me and they said they didn't know why. One of them only spoke Spanish so I could only communicate with one of them. I told this to Oliver on the phone and he asked to speak with his employee. I don't know what they spoke about because I don't speak Spanish but I heard him raising his voice. Oliver wasn't taking any responsibility at the beginning and then said go have it fixed and whatever it cost he will pay. I told him if he wants to see the car before I bring it in and he said no. I brought the car to a specialty high end detail shop near by and when they saw the car they could not believe they did not stop what they were doing. They told me a price estimate on the phone but after seeing all the damage to the car the price more then doubled. I did call Oliver from the shop and he was argumentative and defensive about what the shop was telling me so I asked him if he wanted to speak to the gentleman helping me. He and this gentleman were talking on speaker phone and Oliver was argumentative and trying to argue about how long he has been in business and how he knows so much about detailing. The gentleman from the shop was explaining what he thinks happened and that the guys did ruin the paint into the clear coat. He was explaining to Oliver what needs to be done to fix the car and Oliver was uptight and try to to talk over him until the guy at the shop was done and told Oliver he is going around and around about the same thing and he didn't want to argue with Oliver. I took the phone back and Oliver was told by both myself and the employee of the shop what the price would be to repair the paint but the process would remove more clear coat which is not a good thing for the paint. Oliver said go ahead and do the job and he would take care of it. I offered to even pay a big portion of it and Oliver said no he is going to pay the entire bill. This was on Monday I have reached out by phone calls and text messages and today is Thursday with no response. This is not like Oliver he always gets right back to me and always answers his calls when I am giving him business over many many years. I did tell him I am not making any further attempts early this morning and if I don't hear back by 11;00am thenI will assume he is no longer going to pay and putting me in position I don't think will be good for either party. Its 5:00 pm and I gave him 4 days with notice that I wanted to handle this before the car is done. I have been nothing but understanding and nice to this guy and in return he is not backing his work. DO NOT LET OLIVER DETAIL WORK ON YOUR CAR. HE DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORDS OR HIS WORK. BEWARE. read more

They get 1 star for responding to my texts and showing up on time. Other than that, this is a total BAIT AND SWITCH operation. Avoid and do not waste your time like I did. A man and a woman arrive. I offer them water which they take my bottle waters. Then look at my car for 2 seconds, call Oliver, and immediately wanted to double price over some dog hair. Come on! Aren't they there to WASH DIRTY CARS? I guess you shouldn't call these guys unless your car is already clean....?? What??! For $45 a car, you're telling me you can't vacuum some dog hair when the place down the street will wash my car for $25 and not say a word?!! My usual mobile guy never complains once and does it all for the same price so I guess I'll be going back to him since he's at least honest, if not as available. These people do not want to work and are dishonest in order to get out of it. And Oliver had nothing to say but to send me a screenshot of their prices. But that's ALL SUBJECTIVE whether it "needs" a detail. It's ridiculous. I wasn't asking them to do a detail or anything more than they would do on a standard wash. I did not want them to spend extra time. This is what I ALWAYS have car wash people do and my car is always the same. But no. Lazy lazy lazy.
