I'm very disappointed with my experience at Next Level Detailing. I booked an appointment for a wash and detail and was really looking forward to it after reading so many great reviews. I planned my entire day around this appointment, as I was driving my family to a wedding later that day and wanted my vehicle looking its best. Unfortunately, I received a text from them a few minutes after my appointment time as im standing outside waiting for their arrival, informing me that they would be an hour to an hour and a half late--and asking if that would work for me. Ummm, no, that does not work for me. An "appointment" should mean a set time, especially for a new potential long-term client.
