Professionally, Desiree kept in close contact with us and answered any questions we had prior to the shoot, and was really flexible and open to any suggestions we had. She was very pleasant to work with, very friendly and sweet with our baby, as well as very patient! The shoot was about 45 minutes, which was expected. The waiting area of her studio is very inviting! She has coffee, snacks, books and toys for kids, comfortable couches to sit on - her bathroom even had makeup and hair products for touch ups if needed!! (she also does maternity photos I understand). She had a very fast turn around to get the photos to us for viewing (next day!), and the photos were so beautiful! I had a hard time narrowing down the ones I wanted to be retouched! Pricing is also very reasonable. He helped me see myself through other's eyes and it genuinely did so much for me. He has an amazing eye - a unique perspective and honest appreciation of beauty in all forms and the ability to translate it to his photos. He keeps the essence of his subjects in tact in the art. He is also extremely easy to work with, made me feel comfortable and relaxed which made for better photos. I was very nervous and feeling very much like an amateur but after my first planning meeting with Paul that went away. I would highly recommend contacting Paul for any photography needs. I am amending my earlier review of David Anderson Photography because Mr. Anderson refunded the…read more$75.00 retouching charge and never received my email requesting an explanation for the charges. At all times, he was polite and tactful. Although I am still not convinced that all my photographs needed extra work, I am grateful to Mr. Anderson for his attention to my complaint.
