I've had a membership with massage envy for several years now and I'm finally at the point where I…read moream cancelling. It is very difficult to get appointments for massages unless you book really far in advance. On several occasions (at least 4), Massage Envy has called me on short notice to cancel or try to change my appointments (which is hard with my lack of childcare). So even if I book in advance I can't use my membership sessions bc they cancel them! Not worth the membership anymore. Unfortunate because they used to be such a great location.
