Amazing Staff! Very funny and outgoing, with such a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Divine, they are short staffed so there is a wait but in my opinion as a local definitely worth it! Best nail salon hands down. It sometimes may seem like it takes a while, but it's because they spend their time working on your nails to make them perfect without rushing. I always feel relaxed and never rushed here. My nails for the last 2 years, as well as my toe nails have always turned out wonderful here! Highly recommend! read more

Recent move to area and this salon highly recommended. First visit for pedicure with Shawn was good! Next visit with no appointment was awful. Appeared short of staff, 1 tech doing hands, 1 doing a gentlemen pedicure. An older woman ( not sure if owner) started me. Very rough and painful experience. Broke a blood vessel in right ankle requiring quite some time to get bleeding stopped. On left great toe, trimmed sides to deep and pulling out cuticle , pulled out "fungus" under nail both causing pain. 1 week later still painful, reddened/bruised toe and may need MD appointment! Not happy........1 week antibiotics with now possible referral to Podiatrist. read more

I stumbled upon this divine nail salon while vacationing in gulf shores. I could not have been more pleased! Everyone was great and friendly. They take pride in their work and are very conscientious. My pedicure and manicure were fabulous and the beach scene I requested on my big toe is adorable. My nails still look great after a week in the sand!!! The massage chairs are wonderful and the prices are the best I've found! read more

this has got to be the worst place i've ever been. extremely rude!! i came in with 2 of my friends, & my friend had to ask 4-5 times to get the flowers on her nails that she asked for in the very beginning. while doing my nails the guy stabbed me & made me bleed, instead of apologizing he said it was my fault that i moved. i left & decided to come back to get them taken off & for my money back. the lady in there proceeded to call me rude for asking for my money back after i was being honest about not liking them. then as he's taking them off he just shakes his head at me the entire time. not to mention how she threw my money in front of me saying "we were gonna give you your money back whether you wanted it or not." awful place, will NEVER go back. read more

Me and 2 friends came in to get our nails done at 12:15 one day and were told there would be a 45 minute wait, so we decided to stay and wait. 2 hours later only one of us were getting our nails done. Me and my other friend decided it wasn't worth the wait and left. We finally all left at 2:30. They weren't busy at all. They had 1 person doing nails and it took way longer than it should. We definitely do not recommend this place and will not be going back. read more

This has got to be the best example of worst way in the world to run a business. the business hours posted on door painted on 930 to 7 p.m. They consistently closed their doors between 4:30 and 6:15 whenever the hell they get ready to go home. Totally ignoring any and all prepaid customers who tan or do other business after 5 p.m. . not only bought 2 tanning packages and I only managed to ten 10 days because they were closed the rest of the time, but also walked in door with it wide open and open sign lit and was told to leave because they had nobody in there and they were closing and going home. No offer to make good my time or gas money... My wife's pedi mani 80.00 package was also a joke. All we could do to get them to honor it. I've been back in Gulf Shores a year and tried several places and walked away unhappy. But today I found my new home!!! Hands and toes look great. Super impressed with the 100% health inspection and even more impressed with the staff! Everyone is very helpful and friendly but most importantly they know what they are doing! This place was definitely a let-down. I rarely venture into nail places like this, simply because the quality is never as good as in a real day spa. However, I was in a rush and just decided to go in. Since only one girl in there spoke English, it was very difficult to communicate with the workers. I was burned with sea salt, the rags were entirely too hot and left my legs and arms with more burns, the service was poor and also very rude, and my nails look absolutely terrible. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. read more
