She went back to show them and they suggested putting Neosporin on it. What kind of business is this?? Unacceptable and a refund should have been issued. They didn't offer and she is too nice to ask. While visiting in the area, my friend and I went for powder gel French manicures and regular pedicures. The salon wasn't busy so the took us right away. They immediately began our pedicures and started the process of removing the old powder gel. Rather than wrapping the nails in foil with polish remover soaked cotton like they usually do, the male owner just began cutting my nails. At first I thought, " ok, I could use a trim" but by the forth nail I saw he was shredding my own nails... I had to stop him and tell him he was destroying my nails! I guess he thought they were tips.... He then brought over a bowl of nail polish remover for me to soak in. After that, his wife took over because I was totally pissed. She was very nice and offered to put tips on the 4 nails her husband ruined but I declined and she did her best to even everything out. Her French manicure was great but today is day 2 and there are visible cracks going through the white portion on both hands. My friend is having the same issue with her polish which was done by another tech so it must be the product... I can go 3 weeks at home and not have that issue. read more

I live in central IL and so wish I could get a pedicure here like I can get at this salon. My husband and I spend the month of Feb in Orange Beach and wait to get pedicures here rather than before we go. I also get a basic manicure, and those have been top notch too. We went in and I was going to get my dip nail color changed and gel toe polish change. I went in on saturday and it was kinda busy, the lady (I think owner) did mine. However, she was so busy assigning others where to sit and telling workers who to do next. Well by Tuesday I had two nails broke off and it's Saturday (one week) and I have 6 dip cracked off! I usually go to Pensacola and my dip last 5 weeks and this didn't last one! I'm very disappointed bc this isnt a cheap thing and it's awful. read more

Well... I wish I could rate this nail salon higher than a 3 star. My daughter (five years old) wanted a pedicure and manicure while visiting Orange Beach for a long weekend. The lady who performed her services was the sweetest and very patient with such a young client. Unfortunately, not even 12 hours later, almost all of her gel polish is gone, on both hands and toes. I hope for the nail techs sake; things improve for this salon cause she was the best. read more

My daughter and friend go in for a manicure and upon entering they ask the cost for a manicure and they are told $25. After getting the manicure the person tells them $60 and my daughter questions it explaining she was told $25 when she came in. The attendant said sorry but it is $60. Way to take advantage of 2x16 year olds. Guess we won't be back there again. read more

This place was unprofessional as soon as we walked in. The girl (and when I say girl I mean it, she might as well have been 17 years old.) she was mouthy and rude the whole time. She was rough and bossy. She didn't help me with my shoes and when I got up and almost fell she said, "do you know what that arm is for? It raises so you can get up." With a whole lot of stank. When she was done she got up and sat across the room on her phone and continued to complain yelling, "Who broke this charger?...are you freaking kidding me?!" And threw it. I got a great mani/pedi from Lee. She spent a lot of time trimming my cuticles and my toes looked perfect. It was $36 for a mani/ pedi plus a good tip, which they split if two techs work on the same person. read more

We walked in about 4:15 and were seated immediately. It was empty, Billy had his feet up in a chair. The pedi didn't take long as we were done about 4:45. It's the first pedi I've had were they put the lotion on wet skin and wash it off. My technician didn't put on a base coat before the polish. After the top coat she said sit here, why not under the dryer they have? She didn't answer when I asked or she either didn't understand me. I got the excess polish off my skin that she left. My mother had to do the same. Since I'm a cosmetologist I look for sanitation and cleanliness at nail salons. A bit disappointed that after our pedi I watched them spray the bowl with lemon scent Lysol and scrubbed it with the nail brush they used on us! The metal implements aren't even sanitized, they just rinse them off with water. Disgusting! That's not how it's suppose to be done. My husband went to sit up front while we sat waiting for our polish to dry and found a rotting banana peel. Gets even better when leaving, I handed Billy our card and he snapped it into. He did apologize and I understand that accidents happen but I'm on vacation and didn't feel relaxed leaving here today. I definitely should have looked for another place to go. read more

My husband had a great pedicure from the older lady. She took her time and was very attentive . I had the middle age woman. She took half the time on my pedicure than the lady spent on my husband, and he didn't paint his toes. When we walked in, the young and middle age Vietnamese ladies were in the back and it took them 15 min before coming out to work . My husband was half way finished. While I was waiting, two ladies walked in to have their eyebrows done, and the two Vietnamese in the back took care of them first. There is a caucasian female that works there, and she was clearly a hard worker. She finished a pedicure and was 10 min in on another pedicure before the other ladies came out to work on me. After four failed nail salon visits after moving to OB I went to Elite Nails and Spa in Orange Beach. Billy did my mani/acrylic over lay with gel nails and it was perfect. Rosa did an amazing pedicure as well. Family owned and operated local business. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars it was a bit loud but soothing spa music would take care of that‼ read more

My family and I came here to get pedicures for our weekend on the boat/ beach- most of the staff is okay. However, There are a 2 or 3 (teen) girls employed there that have no respect whatsoever and seems like they do not have a cosmetology license. The girl who did my pedicure said before coming to me "I don't know why y'all are making me do this, you know I'm tired and don't want to do this" she was blunt the whole time and did not put any effort into my pedicure. As she did my polish she turned around and talked to the other teenager while painting my toe nails. When it was time for me to leave she walked off and did not help me get up or with my shoes. I wouldn't recommend this business. My husband and I went for pedicures and it was obvious that they were not licensed. The girl doing my pedicure rushed through it and I actually pulled my foot away from her because she was hurting me so much. The girl working on my husbands feet did take her time but his feet still look like he needs another pedicure. The girl didn't speak to me the entire pedicure and didn't say a word when she was done. Just got up and walked away. The girl helping my husband helped me put my flip flops on and was super nice.
