I had a dip manicure with tips. Bebe (spelling?) was so sweet, meticulous, and skilled. I loved my manicure. Would definitely return.

First time bring here. Went in for a manicure & pedicure. I had an appointment for a friend & I, we were both helped on time & services were done together. This is one of the nicer salons I've been to in the area. They seem really clean compared to others. I came on a Tuesday so I'm not sure how it is during rush hours/busy time. The downside is they only take cash or check.

Absolutely awful! I went in to get acrylics for prom and they messed up the tips and had to take them off, and then gave me shellac instead which was extremely thin and bubbled up. I called in to explain what happened and they completely disregarded my concerns. When I went in I demanded a refund and they proceeded to buzz off my nails. I left immediately and I'm currently waiting for a new manicure at Sammy's Nails.

Had a deluxe pedicure. It was wonderful. Anna did a great job. Very relaxing and the leg massage was great. Would recommend this salon.

Nice little place. We are visiting from Texas and I needed a pedicure/manicure. No appointment needed and they were very friendly.

Better than average for sure, after minor scheduling error everything went smoothly. My nails looked great for date night.

Great place. Friendly staff. Had a great shellac French mani and as a walk-in only had to wait 3-4 minutes.

Tiger, the nail tech, was quick and informative. He completely removed the old nail dip and color and the proceeded to give me a French dip just like the picture I showed him. He also explained to me what a healthy nail manicure should look like. The other salon had hurt my nail bed and skin. I'm new to manicures so I wasn't sure what to experience. Tiger taught me and was compassionate about my experience. I left happy with my nails and feeling confident to self advocate in the future with what I'd learned. And my nails looked just like the picture. Very pleased and would recommend. Also, the atmosphere was very soothing to my nervous system. I can be anxious and the music and vibe was really relaxing. It's the kind of relaxing experience I'm looking for. I'm a stay at home mom and want to treat myself and recover from the hustle and bustle. It's very calm and soothing.

What I asked for was "extension nails with gel polish," and that's exactly what I got the first time, and it turned out really beautiful. However, my second visit was very disappointing. I asked for the same thing again: "extension nails with gel polish," but what I received instead was acrylic nails. I tried to explain that this was not what I asked for and that I only wanted nail extensions with polish, the same as what the male technician did for me the first time. But the owner responded, "You don't know about nails things," and the woman who did my nails also insisted that she did the same thing as the male technician. But that is not true, because the first time there was no powder used at all. IT IS NOT WORTH FOR $71!! This was a very bad experience, and the nails I got look really bad and the details are not done well also the color and shape. I've had my nails done many times before, and this is the first time I've ever received such ugly nails. I have an important event coming up and I have to go there with us ugly nails. I will definitely not be going back there again.

I had an inflamed spot I did not want her to bother. I confirmed with her she understood and made sure there was no language barrier miscommunication before going back to the chair. I also confirmed with another employee she understood as well next to us. She then physically pushed me from the color area to hurry me back to the chair. She immediately got out her clippers and cuticle trimmer and I again confirmed I did NOT want my cuticles cut. She said yes, but then proceeded to do it anyway. I said please don't! Then more attention was brought on and other employees spoke to her in their language and I again said, " I have asked you not to do that. Please stop. Is she understanding me?" Two other employees confirmed she did understand and they told her again. Then she proceeds to cut cuticles again like she literally could not resist for a third time. I could not have been more humiliated feeling like my request was understood and she was directly going against my desire. I am not one to ever make a scene about something but this situation was ridiculous. At this point I wanted so badly to just get out of there. The male at the counter came around and I assume told her to put the tools away (in their language). I had her paint only from that point on but I should have walked out. Worst experience. The male at the counter apologized and I expected him to offer some sort of discount for such disrespect but then proceeded to charge me full price. I was supposed to get a manicure done, but told him I would not be coming back and felt incredibly disrespected. This supposed to be a Mother's Day treat to myself, turned into an event that ruined the rest of my day.

I was very excited to see de Zwaan the famous Windmill imported from the Netherlands! The only one in the US, I think! It was SO beautiful! I got some great shots of the tulips and the windmill that I thought were just so pretty! Loved going up in the windmill and walking thru the tulip fields. The windmill is identical to what is in the Netherlands. The only difference between this windmill and the ones in the Netherlands is that each level of this windmill has different types of jobs that were done that relied on windmill power such as clog carving and flour milling. I feel like the people in costume don't really want to chat or start a discussion around the park except for one woman at the very top of the windmill who was giving out stickers and one doing the pipe organ demonstration - everyone else in costume were either chatting with each other or kind of zoned out. Outside of the windmill, there's not much to do - we watched the short informative film and the pipe organ demonstration, but that's it for activities. We were told that the park had horses in the pasture but we walked the entire park and all the paddocks were empty. There is a carousel for kids and there is a gift shop selling the exact same stuff as all of the gift shops in Amsterdam. Even though we were in Holland, Michigan, everything just says "Holland" on it - I even saw the exact clog magnet I purchased in Amsterdam for sale here! Even the paper shopping bags for small items are identical to what is available in the gift shops in Amsterdam. (The cheese is local though.) One that that was pretty cool was looking at this big miniature town that they have on display from the 1930's. If you have never been to Windmill Island Gardens, then you'll have no idea of the significance of the miniature town in Nicole Kidman's basement in the film "Holland" that she starred in. It is set in Holland Michigan and features many shots of this particular windmill. My husband and I watched it after we stumbled upon it after our visit and having been here was kind of cool while watching. Overall, I'd say you can do absolutely everything in 2 hours here, including walking the entire loop around the fields. It was fine but I'd definitely like more of the employees doing talks discussing Dutch culture, crafts, architecture, whatever. Visited: August 2025
