My favorite place in town to get my nails done! Not only does this place reside 5 minutes away from my work but it has my favorite person to do my nails:) Gwen is where it's at! She always takes great care of me and gets my nail shape the way I like it every time. She always puts up with my Pinterest nail ideas and impresses me every time I leave her chair. She's the best! This salon is located in the heart of Zeeland and you won't miss it because they always make it look so nice all year round. The flowers in the summer are my favorite. When you walk in there is almost always someone that greets you! During Covid times they had everyone check in to their iPad but more recently we are just sent to wash our hands. That's a great practice for germs! I love it. They have a good selection of books showing dip powders and shellac polishes right by the sink and usually you're seated to get your nails done very quickly - if you make an appointment. But they do have plenty of seats in case you need to wait. There's lots of nice massage chairs for pedicures and they do have a public restroom if you need it. Check this place out :) read more

UPDATE****** I tried to call back this morning and ask for a refund again because one of my toes is now infected. The owner was so nasty to me and refused to give a refund, and ended up hanging up on me mid conversation. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope these reviews save other people from the same experience I have had. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The polish never dried 4 hours later. My nails were filed crooked and the polish wasn't all the way to the edge. I had to take it off the same night and redo it myself. I called about it the next morning and the conversation wasn't super friendly. They tried to tell me this was normal and that it looked good. I'm a licensed cosmetologist of almost 15 years and have done many pedicures myself, this is unacceptable.They won't offer a refund just a re polish and I like what I did better so I don't want it taken off. read more

I've been coming here for years. I've always had excellent service. It's a great salon!

I really liked this salon in the beginning and came here a few times. However my last set of nails I got a fungus on my nail from it and had to remove it at home. I could see it growing through the dip I got since it was more on the transparent side. It was only on one nail thankfully! I'm not sure if it's from the product or their tools. I like this place.They always do a wonderful job on my nails. Prices are very reasonable.

Very unclean place, rude people. Don't bother calling for an appt. Because they set appointments up but sat there waiting our turn for 30min. So what's the point of the appt being made. And everything is just dirty. No wonder people have said they have gotten funguses and infection on their nails/fingers and such after. The lady that did my nails was moving so fast and so sloppy at the end. Like she needed to get it done because she was in a hurry. Very rough. And her area was gross. Not even clean or nothing sanitized after the last person. So very disappointed in this place. Very unprofessional: and very dirty. Do not go there. read more

The lady who did my nails definitely seemed in a hurry. I had lifting the next day because she didn't trim back the cuticle and ended up losing the nail in less than a week. A different nail lost the top coat on day too and had chunks falling out on day 4. For $75 I would like a better product. I would have gone back to get it fixed, but unfortunately had a very chaotic week. read more

This unfortunately was my first and last time coming here. Don't get me wrong I love the color and design the girl did BUT my nails are so chunky I feel like I can't function with them. she didn't file after applying the dip so they're getting hooked on everything and I now get to file them back. My cuticles weren't even pushed back or cut, have skin on the side of my nails that should've been cut to make them look half way decent. Felt like I was very rushed. Not to mention how packed everyone was, the place was total Chaos and dirty. I went to unwind and be pampered instead had 25 mins of a waste of money. Yes I still tipped well but for $45 dollars this was a botched job of nails, at least put some kind of effort into making sure you don't leave someone looking like that. 10/10 would NOT recommend read more

They are always so accommodating and easy to schedule with! They have awesome pedicure chairs and everything is always clean. I usually get a dip manicure and it lasts 2.5-3 weeks. Great quality products and the staff are very friendly. read more

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure with a friend. Didn't have an appointment but we still managed to get in right away! But I recommend setting up an appointment just in case. Walked in with my daughter for a pedicure today. Was able to get right in. I was very pleased with my pedicure. I was a little disappointed with my daughter's. Although they did a flower on her big toe, they charged me the full adult price and she was done in half the time. Everyone was nice and everything seemed clean. Don't know if they have restrooms. Their side parking lot was full but we were able to park on the street for free, essentially right in front of the door. Would definitely go back read more
