He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail was addressed. I have wanted…read moreto renovate my 1950s kitchen for 19 years, and Red Sea Tile & Stone truly brought my vision to life. I hired them to replace my countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash and floor tile, replace my bathroom mirror (the old one was glued to the wall) and paint my kitchen ceiling. As a first-time renovator, I didn't necessarily do things in the right order (I had another company replace my cabinet doors and paint my cabinet boxes prior to the tile work) or even know what decisions needed to be made. Gio and Julio were patient and kind and helped me through it. The crew went above and beyond, making the tile work even more beautiful than I had envisioned. There was a little damage to the cabinet boxes - which I was warned about - from removing the old countertop, but the touchups made them practically invisible, above my expectations. The end result speaks for itself! And when there was a hiccup - a Fed Ex truck crashed into the truck carrying my countertop slab - they rushed to get a replacement to get back on track within a week. Very customer oriented. Next time I would have them do my cabinets, too. I think I have hugged my countertop at least a dozen times and can't stop staring at the backsplash tile - the detail in the window box is amazing.

Like any major renovation, there were definitely moments of stress, miscommunication, and unexpected issues along the way. I think people should go into any remodel understanding that no large project is ever completely perfect. What mattered to us was that Israel and his team consistently tried to work through concerns, accommodate requests, and make things right when issues came up. One thing I especially appreciated was the patience from the team during the finishing stage. They were willing to listen, adjust details, and help troubleshoot things. That kind of attitude matters a lot during a renovation because there are always small things that come up after living in the space. The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. Instead, to my surprise they were able to find a piece of granite that was an exact match to mine and they were able to replace the cracked portion of the granite. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.
