When searching for a company to make a custom cabinet for my bathroom, I encountered many companies that were some combination of rude, over quoting price, illusive on estimate costs, or entirely unresponsive. I found Itehua Cabinetry via Yelp and the experience was none of the above. I sent an inquiry via email and heard back very quickly with a reasonable estimate price. Israel was incredibly communicative and at times was following up with me to speed the process along. This was a pleasant and surprising change in communication style in comparison to other remodeling jobs I've completed for my home. When Israel came to measure and give an official quote, he was very clear on his current workload and my desired completion date. While it wasn't a super quick turn around, it was a lead time that we both felt comfortable with and would complete the project before my personal deadline. Israel is so communicative that if I had needed it earlier, I'm sure he would have found a way to accommodate it. When the installation day came, Israel's team arrived and he was not satisfied with the color match to an existing vanity. He was very calm and kind and said he'd rather take a few days to get it perfect. The color corrections were made and Israel sent back installers in less than a week to finish the job. His team was just as polite and kind as he is. And while Israel was not on site the day of installation, he was in constant contact with his team and with me. I am so happy that I found Itehua Cabinetry and I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in search of a quality cabinetry company. We've used Andres and his team for 2 of our projects and have been so happy with the process and results. For our first home, they built custom closets with drawers for our 1914 craftsman that had no closet space. The closets were spectacular and we received so many compliments.
