I have not seen such detailed consultation which includes everything little bit of your health both mental and physical. She guided me with a plan to slowly change my dietary habits and recommendations with herbs. I was always motivated and supported by her, quick answers, quick responses and tons of support. The massage technique was different than your conventional deep tissue massage as it is focused on Ayurveda, but I enjoyed it and found it very relaxing. I feel relaxed afterwards but I feel kind of ripped off. I did their Relax and rejuvenate package that is supposed to be an hour. My appointment was at 1130. I wasn't taken back until quarter till. That's fine I'm in no hurry. I change and get on the absurdly hard (and high) table in disposable undergarments they provide. At first I'm excited as two people will be working on me at once. One person was slow and the other moved quickly like they had something else to do. After I got rubbed down with odd smelling oils on front and back, I was out into a steamer. It was interesting and looked like something from a torture chamber. But oddly enough it was nice. I have claustrophobia and being in the chamber didn't bother me. I was left alone to "cook" for about 10 to 15 minutes. After which I dry off the oil, get dressed, pay, and get into my car. Time is now 1230. So a few things. They knew it was my first time there. It's a neat experience but if you're a newbie, explanations of what you're doing and why are nice to know. Also upon arriving I wasn't greeted in the least. I was in there over 5 minutes before anyone came to the front. Both when I came and left there were teenage girls laying on the lobby sofas playing on their phones. Not sure what that was about, but at the prices charged I highly doubt they were clients. So I paid $85 for roughly 45 minutes (that's rounding up) of service. This includes the 10 minutes in the cooker. Was what I got nice? Heck yes. Was it relaxing? Absolutely. Where they professional? Yes. Would I come back? If someone else paid for me. Would I pay full price ($115 for the "hour" package I chose)? No, never. Bottom line: Buy a Groupon.
