I see Lucy for monthly facial specials AND micro needling, which I swear by for tightness and minimizing pores plus treating wrinkles and overall tightness. (If you see that they have the face neck and décolletage on special buy it!!!) Their monthly facial also never disappoints. Lucy will sweep you away to a slumberland while her magical hands delicately address, your facial concerns. I have fallen asleep quite a few times. Yanira is my go to for body sculpting. Getting rid of those trouble spots that just -won't go away with exercise. She makes you feel comfortable for your treatment. Cool sculpting has some minor pain (the massage right after and some inflammation for a couple of days), but produces great results. Go see Yanira, if your muffin top is driving you crazy. Redefine your abs and get a better contoured body. What I love about cool sculpting is the results are permanent. I have yet to try the body scrub- but it is on my list next. 3 weeks after Botox injection I still have full muscle movement in my forehead. Not sure if the product is counterfeit or the injection was an inadequate amount. Regardless, I have had excellent results in Tampa and zero results here. Was told to wait longer and it would eventually begin to work. It hasn't. Friendly professional receptionist and beautiful building however I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN and would not recommend. Get the real deal in Tampa/Orlando/Clearwater. read more

Let me first say that I feel awful having to write a bad review but also obligated as I had an absolute nightmare to deal with!! I got my lips filled here (my first time) and initially walking out I thought they looked good, a little white in some spots but I figured it was just the ointment. Then I got home and noticed they were actually white bubbles and lots of them.. I don't freak out because I figure swelling can be an issue (little did I know this WASNT swelling). A few days after that, one of my bumps started to get red and form like a pimple. I emailed pictures and sent a message to the email I was instructed to use, as she had already seen a bump on my lower lip that she said to let her know in a few days if it's not going away. I got no response back.. Mind you this was the form of contact I was told to use, which makes sense since I needed to send photos. That bump ended up being the least of my problems. My lips were so dented and bumpy I couldn't even find a photo online that looked close to them! I was in utter shock, I couldn't believe how bad they were. Thank god for masks because I looked like a freak! I will share a photo of the top view of my lip for reference. As well as the red bump that popped. The white bubbles were actually superficial filler that was placed incorrectly. I was so irritated after paying just over 1k. I had an appointment for Kybella and I cancelled that because you couldn't pay me to go back to this place. I have Botox banked there and won't even go back for that!! After receiving no response from Divinity I went to another spa just down the road for help. They were absolutely wonderful! I was put on antibiotics immediately and given the injectors personal cell number so I could text her over the weekend if my pimple opened up. I was SO grateful for that because it did, she calmed me right away and told me how to treat it at home. I had the filler dissolved at the new spa and they were so incredibly kind to me. It was really scary not knowing how bad my lip was going to get and if the pimple would get bigger. Having them for support meant the world to me! After the filler was dissolved I got filler by their injector and have had no issues at all! ZERO bumps or dents! I am so relieved to be done with this nightmare and so happy to have stumbled upon my new spa! read more

I had Juvederm Volbella for my lips at Divinity Med spa by Holly. My lips looked great for 1 day, then I looked like I was punched in the face with purple bruises all over my lips. Then on the 4 day I noticed they were lopsided. It looked liked I had one side large and one side very small. Then by the 6th day they completely dissolved. A lot of pain and money for nothing. I will not go back or recommend. I don't think Holly knows what she is doing. Very scary. I'm responding to Divinity's response back from earlier post. I'm not using my name. I'm using a nick name like most people on yelp. Also I do not live in south florida. I live here in Spring Hill and just moved. This is a real post not fake. You have no right to take my post down. Just Had a dermaplane session with Lucy. She is very professional and gentle. The surroundings are very conducive to relaxing and chilling out. I have been getting botox for years and I switch between botox and dysport depending on cost plus I get points with both. I went in December before right before my birthday and Christmas so that I would look better in my pics. A young girl did my botox and I wasn't happy with the spots she put them because it wasn't where I normally get the needles,, especially in my hair. I still waited the 14 days to see if anything improved but I needed to go back for touchups. I spent $700 and got the same amount of botox I always get and it usually lasts me 4 months. I had to go out of town due to a death in the family and not even 5 weeks after getting the touchup all of my wrinkles are back. As soon as I got back to Florida I made an appointment and went back in very upset because obviously either the botox wasn't done right or something was wrong with the botox, but I was told I would have to pay full price to get it fixed. I know the young girl obviously didn't know what she was doing because this has never happened before. I have spent tons of money there so this is not ok! Nobody would spend the money on botox if it only lasted a month! There is no way she actually did the amount I paid for because if it was done right it would of lasted way longer than a month! People don't have money to waste these days, at least I know I don't! read more

I went into Divinity Med Spa a few months ago and had lip injections. The product Holly used was Juvederm Volbella, I also had another procedure as well. I did not have a very good experience with my lip injections. My lips were very bruised and looked full for just one week. After one week, my bruising started to go away along with my lip filler. I had to use arnica everyday on my lips, as it was recommended. My lips completely dissolved back to my normal lips after 10 days. I was very disappointed and will not be returning back. I felt like I did my homework and made sure this was a good place, but after this experience I realize the only best place to go is a dermatologist or plastic surgeon...not a nurse! read more

Holly, Owner and injector, is the best injector ever. She is so sweet and very professional. Holly takes the time to seek your results. What I thought would make me look younger, in turn, would make me look "not natural" for I already have natural high cheek bones. Holly suggested alternative ways (injection in temple area). WoW, Holly was right, immediately after injecting one side, she gave me the mirror and it did lift and mm make that side look so much younger. Holly and the team are amazing. I get my lips and fillers done every 8 months or so, and the staff remembers me every time. I also sometimes have odd reactions while getting the fillers done, and they always take care to make sure I relax and cool down. I get tons of compliments on my lips for months on end! So happy they now accept Care Credit so I can continue to have more services done to make me look as perfect as ever. I used to go all the way to my PS in Tampa for my fillers, but so happy to have somewhere closer to home with great monthly deals. I love the staff, the office is nice, and clean. . I didn't have good luck with the Botox injections. I don't have many wrinkles at all , but requested a brow lift only to open my eyes up a bit. I returned 2 weeks after treatment , and was told I was getting 200.00 worth of Botox free to fix the drooping. That was in early August. My forehead is in areas smoother , albeit my lids are still drooping . My eyes look noticeably different ( and have been told that by a few people) One of my eyes looks heavier lidded than the other.. I returned today to recheck the "fix" that they did (complementary )in August. I still have movement in forehead , brows, and also in bunny lines (which were suppose to soften?) so today they administered 2 more units in my center forehead , near hairline, from my "banked" units I had purchased.We'll see what happens . I will write an updated review in a month. read more
