I made an appointment with Dr. Jain after my insurance stopped covering my previous doctor and I…read moreneeded to find someone new in-network to continue my Guardasil series and replace my birth control implant. Upon arriving, I was surprised to see the waiting room walls full of signs in all caps. It was hard to even read what the signs said because the walls are so cluttered with them. The front desk staff were nice and I waited a reasonable amount of time for the doctor to arrive. However, when she came into my room, Dr. Jain informed me that she doesn't administer Guardasil shots becuase she doesn't believe the potential risks outweigh the benefits. I was disappointed to hear this but understanding. Then she informed me that she also doesn't administer the birth control implant. I asked her why, and she said she is too busy delivering babies. I have had a birth control implant for over ten years, so I'm well aware that the removal and re-insertion process takes a matter of minutes. A doctor or nurse uses local anesthetic to numb the area, makes a small cut, and then gently pulls the old implant out. A new implant can then be inserted into the same spot right away. The entire process, including removal and placement of a new implant, usually takes less than 10 minutes. At that point in the conversation, Dr. Jain had already been in the room with me for more than 10 minutes. I find it hard to believe she's too busy to give women birth control. My impression was that Dr. Jain is more concerned with the "devliering babies" part of her job than caring for women's other reproductive needs -- which is fine, I just wish I had known that before I took two hours off work and paid an $80 specialist copay to be told "no" to everything I needed done. This is something for future prospective patients to consider. I also didn't appreciate that Dr. Jain minimized my concerns about the future of women's healthcare rights. However, she was willing to refer me to another doctor in the area who does administer birth control, so thank you.

I should have walked out, but I stayed because of hoping for a 3rd opinion about my endometriosis and fibroid diagnosis. She came in the room 3 times to apologize telling me she would see me next and after 2.5 hours she questioned if it was my first gyno exam because she saw the look on my face was complete dissatisfaction from having to wait that long. The funniest part was that the office had paperwork faxed over from the other gynecologist I saw, including in hand paperwork of my diagnosis, and MRI + my ultrasound. She didn't prep herself before seeing me and then she tried pushing my diagnosis to be a bladder issue so she could improve her numbers since she is in the top rankings of doctors for bladder surgeries with robotics. She was trying to put me through a series of appointments to do bladder testings, catheters, follow ups after not reviewing my file and stated that I probably do not have endometriosis or fibroids, but bladder issues. Yet, my MRI copy I had and ultrasound disc was in my hand and showed that I had an overactive bladder due to the diagnosis. This doctor office over schedules to take insurance payouts, and makes false diagnosis to continue to dry your wallet out. For the sake of your health, do not go to this doctor!!!!!!

I could not be more grateful for the service I received from Eyebrow Place today…read more I was leaving to go out of town the following day for 8 days when I got my eyebrows done at the Lash & Beauty Bar on 22nd and they completely botched them (see photos). Thankfully, I found the Eyebrow Place from a quick google search and went there right after in hopes they could help. I walked in around 6pm with no appointment and was taken care of immediately. My expectations were blown away. They turned out beautifully, and my tech was extremely kind and helpful. Not to mention the service was fast and affordable!
