Cami is great! The owner is unhinged. I unsubscribed from their text solicitation system after receiving annoying texts after 8pm. She sends me a text telling me that unsubscribing means they can't communicate with me at all. She has receptionists who can place phone calls to remind clients of appointments. Harassing, gaslighting, call it what you want. Arguing with me instead of respecting my boundaries is NOT OKAY. What should have been a straightforward, professional exchange regarding rescheduling an appointment quickly spiraled into one of the most bizarre and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had. The owner's behavior was erratic, defensive, and frankly unhinged -- completely lacking the professionalism you'd expect from someone running a business in the wellness and aesthetics space. Rather than addressing my concerns like an adult, she chose to escalate the situation with immature outbursts, passive-aggressive comments, and an alarming lack of professionalism. Perfectly Bare Laser has made hair removal a breeze. It doesn't hurt, the staff are all kind, courteous, timely, and professional. Parking is as easy as can be as it is a large parking lot. The Perfectly Bare suite is located on the fourth floor and is in a building with other multiple professional offices (various doctors offices are located in the same building). The inside of the building is very clean and looks to have been renovated recently. The Perfectly Bare suite is incredibly clean, comfortable, and modern. When you go back to each room, each room has privacy and large bright windows letting in lots of sunshine so technicians can see what they need to in order to do their job. It is comfortable still and they give you glasses to wear during treatment. They use text as an option of communication which is awesome. They remind you about your upcoming appointments which is helpful. They answered all questions that I had. And best of all....I don't have to shave nearly as much as I used to (I'm still going back every 6 weeks as we work through the phases of growth - which is normal that there are several treatments they said). I can definitely say after one treatment I saw a huge difference. Also, it's great that it is affordable. They do a multitude of treatments for various issues, so don't think that there may not be anything you may benefit from. They even have display cases of products for purchase if you should choose to as well as testers. I highly recommend Perfectly Bare, seriously don't wax anymore, it hurts, schedule with this place and stop torturing yourself unnecessarily. This is my second time coming here and my aesthetician Brittany is the best. I had her my first time and she did a great job explaining everything, answering all my questions, and most importantly made me feel super comfortable. The procedure is super fast maybe 10-15 minutes and I definitely noticed my hair growing in a lot slower after just one session. I barely felt any pain - which was one of my worries. It's warm and you may occasionally feel something similar to like a plucking sensation - but definitely way way less painful than waxing - and way less maintenance in the long run !! Also as a brown girl I was scared it wouldn't be effective on me but as I stated previously, it does seem to slow hair growth after one session and research into the laser they use supports that it would work well on people of color. The clinic is well priced, clean and aesthetically pleasing. They also run on time. I've only had pleasant interactions with everyone I've met. One thing to note is that if you are paying by card, they do charge a 3% fee. But their pricing is listed on their website and I liked how transparent they are on their website.
