They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part. I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however. They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in. It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough. Only thing I don't like is they don't have 6 locations. These guys are professional and quick . Most yards tie up ypur time limiting you from being able to do two or more loads in a day! When I want to do 3 or even 4 loads I can do it here! And another thing I accidentally wrecked a door on my truck. They found me one in the yard and I went home and mounted the new door. There was an oil leak from the oil pan gasket all this with a brand new inspection sticker on it. We got an extended car warranty and he tryed to tell us we can only got to him to get work done to the vehicle so went to ace tire in Waterville an they found that the vehicle was not safe to operate an was in a very dangerous condition.
