The gentlemen who came to my house to look over the unit, inside and outside, were wonderful. They spent the time to answer my questions and point out to me the broken parts. Looking at some of the reviews, I see that I am having the exact same problems as previous suckas..I mean customers. Promises of returning to do tasks promised, but never returned, appointments not being kept, calls and text messages being unanswered or blocked. Initially when my problem occurred, a technician came out and had the unmitigated gall to tell me that if my thermostat cooled below 70, that I was lucky. What?!!! My system wasn't blowing out cold air and overall my house was hot and uncomfortable. I wasn't satisfied with that answer knowing the performance of the system prior and that something was definitely wrong. He then said that he would come back the next day with the owner and it's been the run around ever since. This company came referred, but I should have used the company I've been using prior, but they got back to me too late in this Georgia heat. I will not let heat and haste let me make this mistake again, especially when it comes to thousands of dollars of investments for anything that I own, and using a company with integrity.
