The day after Christmas my son was driving it with my daughter in it, all I hear is screaming I ran down the street so fast and the wheel came off!! Luckily my children were not hurt!!! I'm so grateful for my neighbor because he knew what he was doing and had multiple GOKARTS before, he helped us to rig it to get it home. I then called power & play multiple times and no answer, when I finally got through the lady (owner) was not in, they said they check everything before sending out, and HUNG UP ON ME!! Worst place they get your money and then are done with you!!!

I was informed my order, sent on Thursday at noon, would be received Tuesday if I paid for 2nd day…read moredelivery, which I did. I was informed by FedEx that my item won't be delivered until 11 days after ordering. Demons Cycle took my money, including the additional fee for expedited delivery, and didn't tell me they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it from another vendor. It seems Demons Cycle has very little stock and most items are dropped shipped from the original vendor/manufacturer, begging the question, why order from the middle man.....next time I will go direct to the manufacturer, or I'll order from a reputable supplier like Revzilla or JP Cycles, who ship within 24 hours and honor expedited shipping arrangements. I'm now waiting to see how Demons Cycle handles my complaint, maybe I'll be surprised and will be able to provide a positive update to this review. Positive update: they refunded the value of shipping, and they offered me a $25 gift card and a free t-shirt. It won't have me out riding my shit on the weekend, but it does indicate this is not their expected level of service.
