I was informed my order, sent on Thursday at noon, would be received Tuesday if I paid for 2nd day delivery, which I did. I was informed by FedEx that my item won't be delivered until 11 days after ordering. Demons Cycle took my money, including the additional fee for expedited delivery, and didn't tell me they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it from another vendor. It seems Demons Cycle has very little stock and most items are dropped shipped from the original vendor/manufacturer, begging the question, why order from the middle man.....next time I will go direct to the manufacturer, or I'll order from a reputable supplier like Revzilla or JP Cycles, who ship within 24 hours and honor expedited shipping arrangements. I'm now waiting to see how Demons Cycle handles my complaint, maybe I'll be surprised and will be able to provide a positive update to this review. Positive update: they refunded the value of shipping, and they offered me a $25 gift card and a free t-shirt. It won't have me out riding my shit on the weekend, but it does indicate this is not their expected level of service. read more

I opened the box and the packaging was great. Not a scratch or a dent. After close examination, I decided that the pipes look good so I'll take 20 minutes to try them out. Fit, look and sound great. This is a bit long, but you NEED TO READ THIS FIRST to avoid the issues I had. Purchased the SPORTSTER - DYNA BLACK TBARS FAT 1-1/4" 10" back on June 4th and received in relatively fast on June 9th, but this is where the issues began. Upon seeing the box, it looked like someone has beat the hell out of it. The box was smashed as you can see from the pictures, handlebars were all scratched up, partly hanging out of the box, there was no filler in the box to keep it from getting smashed, and it looked like the box had been opened and then re-taped. Contacted Demon's Cycle and they at first asked if it could be touched up, but because it's matte black it can't be touched up. They agreed to the return and said that they would go after FedEx for the $54 shipping cost that I had to pay since it looked like it was damaged in shipment. FedEx would not return any insurance to me for the damaged product as "I am the receiver and not the sender, which they only issue refunds to the sender." Demon's Cycle asked for pictures of the damages so they can submit the claim, which I sent to them the same pictures I have posted. Then I never heard anything back from, after I had already been emailing them and even spoke to them on the phone. On July 1st I sent the handlebars back at a cost of $54 through FedEx. Well apparently, the handlebars got delivered to the FedEx facility near their shop, but it sat there for two weeks. No one picked it up and FedEx didn't deliver it, didn't even show an attempt to deliver. It was sent back to me and arrived around Aug 4th. I again spent weeks trying to figure this out with FedEx and Demon's Cycle about what happened. I had to get a refund for the package being returned and then send the package again at the beginning of Sept. It finally got there this time! Days after it was delivered, I had to contact them since I had still not heard anything from them. First response back from Demon's cycle was "These are completely trashed. And it did not happen from shipping. What did you do to the handlebars before you shipped them back?" This was after the fact that they ALREADY knew what happened to them in the first place. That these were damaged upon arrival and I NEVER even got to use them, nor did they move farther away than a few feet from the box at any time. After several emails from the customer service person attacking me and getting a just of that they were not going to refund me my money, I submitted my A-Z Claim through Amazon about this product and they again attacked me for saying I am filing a false claim. They even told Amazon it was a false claim and I am still having trouble getting my money back. This was bought over 4 months ago now. This is the biggest joke I have ever had to deal with through Amazon and with Demon's Cycle. Never again will I purchase anything from them. Sad part is that I have a motorcycle parts business and these guys looked promising for a low-priced motorcycle parts. They have lost business for good and lost business from anyone I work with as no one has ever heard of a company doing this, especially not through Amazon. read more

Order 18in apes for my breakout. Didn't account for the 1in clamp area vs the 1.25in stock risers. Called on Sunday to start a refund process as they were still boxed. No one ever reached back to me after a week. I bought adapters for it from a different vendor and they work for clamping. Now I'm trying to setup my switches (bought prewired). The switches didn't come with housings, stock housing don't fit. Can't swap switches cause all prewired wires are red. Who does this? Not to mention the brake lever switch is bigger than the original. Description stated fits softails, didn't exclude the breakout (which is a softail). Should've listened to other reviews. Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a 23" spoke rim from them. I messaged the customer service guy "al". Was looking for best deal seeing there are so many companies offering same wheel in different packages and deals. The guy was snarky from the begging and shame on me for buying from them. Was lied to twice, ordered apes from them that said they would fit on their website and also called to double check. I ordered them and took them to get wired and put on my bike and they didn't fit. These guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to take your money. Luckily I have a mechanic who actually knows what he is talking about and was able to fabricate them to fit at no extra cost because he knew of these guys and the crap they do to people. I came across this company on the internet more than once and desired to pay them a visit since they are local. They are all I expected them to be and then some. Large no nonsense warehouse full of parts. Their prices are the lowest I've ever seeing (check them on the internet) and service is quick without sale pitches. I dealt with Harry (I came for a set of handlebars). One problem: even though they are right next to I-95 they are not easy to find. Demon's Cycle is hidden in the back of an industrial park with the shop sign facing the highway but not the street. Navigator is not much help there so I had to make a couple of circles before I found them. read more

ok heres the thing I wanted a springer front end after a few years and doing research. I came across amazon and seen Demons cycle was in FL so I drove down there after reading that this front end would fit, and talking to them after picking up. I asked them for all the parts needed they were missing a few spacers were to big etc some bolts. After I called them they said to fab something and make it work. We had got the front end on put all together it had no turning radius. Doing some research some said it will work grind on the top clamps, remove the top and bottom clamps replace them, it wont work? I called them to say whats going on didn't receive a call until next day later. by that time I already ground on the part no difference. I was told that was the first problem is buying anything from this company Demons cycle only if I would have known I could have spend the area money and got the right part and still have on my bike instead of the part sitting back in the box. Not only did I get most the custom motorcycle parts I needed to build my new Harley Davidson from Demon's Cycle but I probably called or emailed them every day for 3 months with questions about the bike, installing, measuring and everything else. Do NOT NOT NOT deal with this company!!! I bought some risers off of them that were advertised to fit a Springer from 84 to 98. They came and do not fit. No big deal. They must be for a Twin Cam or something but they do not even remotely bolt up. So, thinking that this company must be like JnP or someone reputable it would be no big deal. WRONG!! I call the company(if you want to call it that...it's one snarky scam artist named Harry that runs it) and ask how to return the part.
