I had a plugged up toilet and required their snake/auger to be used. . . I was over a barrel as I had guests at my home, so I agreed to pay the bill. The more I thought about it, the worse it felt that I had been taken advantage of. My toilet did get fixed, so I am just upset about their billing on a flat rate basis. If flat rate billing works for you no problem, but it's crazy that a 20-minute job bills at close to $300. $400 on a weekend. I am rating a 3* because of their billing policies. I repeat, THEY DID FIX MY PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION, but in the future, I will choose to work with a company with a different business model.
