If flat rate billing works for you no problem, but it's crazy that a 20-minute job bills at close to $300. $400 on a weekend. I am rating a 3* because of their billing policies. I repeat, THEY DID FIX MY PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION, but in the future, I will choose to work with a company with a different business model.
