It has so far been a disappointment on several occasions however I've always been overly nice and I've been an excellent customer. I've been a customer for years spent much money in this store and never made a late payment EVER. I have always picked up every bit of merchandise I purchased because I do not Deserve delivery as the rest of the customers apparently. I have never even been given that as an option. When I requested it once I was rudely met with a woman questioning why I couldn't just get my dad to come pick it up. So I never asked again. My first sofa broke. I bought a new one from Badcocks I never once bothered the store. When my second sofa broke I asked for the first time for repair. They sent my sofa off (I had to bring it to the store no one offered to come get it) when it was returned a different piece was broken the handle to the recliner had broken. When I asked for it to be fixed Mrs. Diane a manager there insisted An "idiot could get the handle off" so I should get the handle off and bring it to her so she can get me a replacement for myself to put on. I called a day later and explained "I'm so sorry I appear to be too stupid to remove this part from my sofa can you PLEASE send someone out" she told me no so I asked to speak to Timothy. Apparently this store is ran by nothing but family because Timothy is her brother. Any way. He promised someone would be out this week to take the part off for me. Well a week and a half went by and I called again. Diane's kids answered and hung up on me. She eventually calls back about 45 minutes later once again claiming no one can come to my house to help me that I "have" to do it my self her staff is too busy. Eventually she ordered me another part even though I ensisted there was no point if no one would help me put it on. She called me today. "Oh we have your part in" I kindly asked if someone would help me and she said "no we cannot Come do that" and I politely let her know "since I'm too stupid to do this and you won't send any one smart enough to do this I don't want it you can keep it" she said "okay" and I called back and told her dad I want to be transferred to Tallahassee and when I told him why he also said "okay" . So apparently when I work for years being an amazing customer this is the service I get. The hell with that. Someone should let this woman know that in customer service you never ever treat your best customers like your worst customers and you never ever tell them they are stupid.

I found this little gem of a shop on the main travelled route through Chiefland and stopped in. I was greeted by the owner, Rebecca, who was pleasant and very knowledgeable. After explaining my desires, she showed me her large showroom which included many options for my price point. She helped me settle into to a decision and we secured a transaction. For a nominal fee, she arranged to have her delivery crew remove the old mattress (free delivery, by the way!). The two-man delivery crew was friendly and expedient. They came and left with a smile.
