They work hard and they push through until it's all done. The quote was more than reasonable and they fit in with my schedule adapting as things changed. They arrived early, worked hard and were just amazing! It was 104° in the day they were at my home. They were outside redoing my screened in porch. The one guy literally looked like he was melting. But he absolutely would not quit until he was done. I will hire them again for any other handyman jobs I may need. I really did appreciate all they did and were willing to do. Please if you like to support local businesses and are looking for hard, honesty and simply nice guys; give them a go.

Not his fault, it was something due to the wood itself. The issue is he has kept promising to return- we even referred our next door neighbors- he completed their deck beautifully. Had a large tree by my back fence blown down during a recent storm. The upper branches reached my…read morehouse and damaged the gutters. After I had a crew come and remove the fallen tree I looked on Yelp and found Dan had good reviews so I called him. I gave him a detailed dimensioned description of the damaged sections and corners and he gave me a tentative quote but gave me a date and time he would come by to look it over and get a color match. He came and confirmed the bid and set a date and time for the next week to do the work. He actually called a few days later and said there was a chance he might finish a job sooner than he thought and could come sooner, but it took him a little longer than he thought so he came on the day we originally set. He removed the damaged gutters and determined the fascia boards were okay and then replaced the straight seamless sections, corners and end cap. He used the "hidden" brackets, not the old tube and nail system and the results look great. He cleaned up and hauled off the old pieces. His invoice was the agreed upon amount, which was lower than the insurance company estimated. I am very pleased to provide this review to help folks choose his services.

I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on! I hope we don't ever need to be let in again, BUT if we do they will be the first and only people we call!

Sorry but it's a long but worthwhile review. I really don't like giving bad reviews since it can…read morereally affect a business. But I felt I needed to in this case. I called Anytime Handyman to come out and replace 2 damaged doors and install 2 new doors. I sent a text message to let Tyler letting him know my lock box number since it's a rental and no one will be there to let him in. I gave explicit instructions as to which doors needed to replaced. (it was obvious because of the visible damages). He sent me the estimate, I agreed and paid for the doors so he could order it. They went back to the rental, and installed the new doors as planned. Here's the prolblem, they took off the wrong door (not damaged) and put the new door on. Leaving the damaged door still damaged. That's not the end of it, the latch was not installed properly, it had a hole and crack. As for the other door that they installed, there was also a problem, the strike plate and latch were off centered and wasn't closing properly. I called Tyler to tell him the wrong door was removed and replaced, and sent him a snap shot of the text I sent him when he went out for the estimate, explaining which doors needed to be replaced. His answer was, that's not how he interpreted it. Everything seemed to be wrong with the job. From the wrong door being replaced, to the damages to the door and the other door's latch not closing properly. He said not to worry and it's normal it's not a problem, just let him do his job. Now I'm no handyman but I do know how to install a lockset, and I've never seen a hole of that size, nor did I ever see a strike plate and latch installed at an angle. In Tyler's defense, he did say if I'm not happy he would give me a new door. But at this point, my trust with their quality of work has diminished. Not even a new door would make me continue to do business with them. I will take that loss, and stop all remaining repairs with this company. Update: I read the business owner's responses to my review. First of all, the "so called Painter's" was my daughter and son in law who came over the weekend to help paint the doors, only to find the damaged doors and discrepancies on the other door as well, including the wrong door that was removed. I would have no reason to damage these doors that I had already paid in Full upon completion on Weds. Lastly, it speaks volumes when a business owner would illegally break a homeowner's right of privacy and send photos to anyone requesting it, without prior authorization. I stand by my review.
