He knew it could be trouble. Two months later the City of Round Rock informed us that we must remove the structure or face fines of $2,000 per day. We reached out several times to L&E Metals for help to remove the structure and they refused to help if we didn't pay them more money. We got zero assistance. Nelson stopped responding to our texts, even though he got us into this mess. Now we are out thousands of dollars. We don't recommend a business that does not help its customers. They lied-they knew we would need a permit-otherwise, they would not have pushed us to complete it quickly that following weekend. #landemetal #carports #lemetal

I called Havard Roofing the next day, and the owner Justin came out and had his crew tarp up the roof to prevent more leaks. He suggested that I file a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage. The project manager Dwayne took over from there and he was here every step of the way. He went over roofing materials and help pick out new class 3 shingles which are more hail and wind resistant. He had to work around rain delays but got the job done in a day. The roofers did an outstanding job and the clean up was spot on. Dwayne took pictures of some of the troubled areas and the after shots. They stayed within my insurance budget and I would highly recommend them.

I was surprised because other companies I called never responded back. He came out and fixed the flooring issue in the kitchen. Another area we were having problems was the master bathroom toliet area. The toliet was leaking underneath and had cause mildew to accumulate behind the toilet as well as destroying the laminate in that area. We decided to replace that floor with some waterproof laminate.
