If I could give this company zero stars I would! let me explain: first off when you give a customer a set day that you will be out to do their said lawn we expect you to be there on that day. Not four days later! Then when you actually do show up, you do a crappy job and leave long grass in spots everywhere. Also, we as a consumer DO understand that weather gets in the way etc (so please don't use this for an excuse especially when in those four days, weather was fine). THEN you expect payment as soon as your lawn mower shuts off! Nope! Im sorry that is not how that works! If you're late and give a crappy service you will get a late payment!
