Asked for a refund and she refused to give me one unless she could fix it, which she can't because you can't really add a train back onto a dress? When I finally did pick up the pants the following Monday, the alterations were terrible. The pants fit even worse than they did before, and now I'll have to spend more money to take them somewhere else to be fixed. I've had thing dry-cleaned here in the past, too. While the cleaning itself is fine, it takes forever and is extremely overpriced. They charge something like $6 for a sweater, which seems ridiculous.
