It looks like it is set up well to use the machines and they have those wire baskets on wheeled so you can move your laundry from the washer to the dryer. Wash dry fold is now $1.45 a pound (as of July 1, 2024). The people do wonderful job and are very responsive and easy to work with.

So I went to Dee's and the attendant advise me what size machines to put him into to wash and dry him properly. The laundromat was nice, clean, roomy, cozy and of course warm. So I found a corner and put in the machine and camped out for awhile. The machines accept credit cards and coins which is great. The process was so simple and easy and my stuffed draft stopper came out PERFECTLY CLEAN AND DRY. For my 1st time going to Dee's I truly recommend them. This was was nice and the staff was very helpful. Bud is thankful for the wonderful cleaning and treatment from Dee's.

Not only did they damage a $100 blouse I…read morepurchased the week before taking it in (they used a chemical that stained the collar and cuffs to a pinkish color) but the manager "Sam" had me come back and forth for 3 weeks telling me "I will fix it", "I will call the store", "I will go to the store in person and get you a new one". After I told him I was tired of him playing me around and that I wanted to be compensated, he accused me of "wanting cash to keep the blouse". The blouse is ruined! I told him I wanted his insurance company information to file a claim for damages and he said "no, I'll file the claim myself and call you in 3 weeks to get you your money". I am an insurance agent and you would think a business manager would know that you don't file a liability claim on your own behalf! He simply walked away and I have not heard from him. Beware of this place. You'll regret it.
