We live in AZ and when my son got engaged he and his fiancé decided to have their wedding in San Diego near family. I immediately thought of Jerson knowing he had DJ all these years since high school. My son and his fiancé were skeptical at first thinking they should go with someone younger but I convinced them to trust Jerson. We hired Jerson as the DJ for our wedding after he DJ'd my brother's wedding 2 years earlier. We could not have been happier that we did! We are still getting compliments on how fun our wedding was and how great the music was. People were dancing until the end of the reception (and would have longer if the music was still going!). Before the wedding, we met with him to give him an idea of what music we were looking for and the goal for the wedding: keep everyone dancing! We gave him a few songs that were must-haves and he suggested a playlist that was perfect to keep everyone moving. When we had no clue what song to use, he found the perfect songs for the bouquet toss and cake cutting. The day of, he checked in with us and was super accommodating when we last minute wanted to add the flower girls and ring bearer to the grand entrance and updated the timeline events to make sure as many people were gathered around for the highlights. He kept our wedding moving on time, checked in on us if he had a suggestion, and played the best music all night. His wife even created a light design with our name and wedding date on it that was projected for the entire reception that was the perfect finishing touch to our decorations! The best thing about Jerson is that he plays an active role in the festivities. During speeches, references to Game of Thrones and Star Wars were dropped and Jerson had the perfect theme music to play as a fun comic relief. Jerson Andrade (JamDJ) is AWESOME! I can't tell you how much FUN FUN FUN we had at my parents 55th Wedding Anniversary and 80th Birthday celebration this past Saturday at a Marriott in San Diego. A big part of any celebration is the music and Jerson put it all together in perfection!!! What a fantastic job he did from begining to end! I first emailed Jerson and he replied promptly. After finding out if he was available, we spoke on the phone to go over more details, granted I think I contacted him more than 6 months in advance, but did talk about the details. He knew exactly what I wanted because with it being a celebration for my parents you have such a wide range of people from 80 years old to 10 years old, he knew what to do...and he followed through will what he said he was going to do. HE KEPT THE DANCE FLOW FULL OF DANCING ALL NIGHT LONG!!! He even got on the dance floor and taught us how to "wobble", because I did ask him prior if we didn't know how to do a certain dance would he show us...and he did! It was awesome! He accommodated requests through out the night, and I would ask him impromptu recommendations on how things should go during evening and he helped me out! If you have a any special event and you need a DJ, you need to book with Jerson! He'll do an awesome job and exceed your expections! Just contact him early enough so he isn't booked, because a friend wanted to book him within the month and he was already booked. I met Jerson over 25 years ago back in college (yeah, went to collage at 10 years old...haha), but only re-connected with him on Facebook a couple years ago. My friends and I picked the right DJ for my sister's 50th birthday party! My sister's only wish was for a night of pure dancing fun! Where do I begin? When I started planning my wedding the first thing I told my now husband was "I know a DJ!" I couldn't imagine having anyone else. Jerson did my neice's 16th birthday party 10+ years ago and he was awesome then. Even though the day of my wedding was the day after he returned from vacation, he eagerly agreed.
