He showed up as scheduled, and got everything setup early. The food was fantastic. Their minimum catering is for 50 guest, but we only had about half of that, so we had leftover food for weeks. I only have two critiques. We had the flat grill (taco guy) setup next to a tree that had a lot of droppings due to a unexpected breeze. He didn't have his own canopy so we offered to set ours up for him to cover the grill and food. The DJ forgot his poles to hold up his DJ lights. Thankfully, we had two long wooden stakes that worked perfectly for his lights. What would have happened if we didn't have a canopy, or didn't have the wooden poles? I'm giving this business a 5 star review because the service we paid for was provided to us. Both the food and the music were excellent. I would hire them again for a future party. I would just make sure they bring their own canopy if they are to set up somewhere with lots of falling debris.
