Bradford Garage Doors installed 4, 10' doors at our new construction shop/Garage in Dec 2022. In…read moreJune 2023 one of the Doors stopped working. I called and left messages twice in 3 weeks. I also left 2 messages at their website address where their contact us directed. I also called their shop location and found the message site was full. Since Liftmaster warrantees the door opener for 1 year I called another certified Liftmaster installer to handle the warrantee work. They replaced the mother board and it promptly blew out. They said the power lift needed to be replaced, but since they didn't install it they wouldn't do it under the Liftmaster warranty. Finally, nearly a month later, Bradford Doors returned my call and refused to honor the one year warranty because another certified installer tried unsuccessfully to repair the problem. They said they would replace the powerhead (as did the other installer), but for $406. Save yourself some money and loads of anxiety and find another installer that will back up their products and work. This company obviously doesn't. Too bad this site doesn't have a zero rating as they have earned it.
