I hired Anthony/DJ Stallion to be our DJ and MC at our wedding reception and upon our first phone consultation, I knew we had a connection! Anthony was very personable and professional, and from just our phone call I knew he was the person we needed for our wedding. He was so easy to talk to and demonstrated great people and social skills which are SO important in a DJ. After all, this is the person who will set the energy for your event. At our wedding, we had a shot list that detailed the different groups of people that we wanted to take photos with, and Anthony helped us call each group which made the process very smooth. Then, he handled our wedding party introductions, announcements for the dances, speeches/toasts, shoe game, bouquet toss, and garter toss. The bouquet and garter toss was hilarious! Anthony was relentless in getting guests to participate. Our guests loved his energy. My brother hired Anthony to play his wedding. When one hires a DJ one would expect you're going to get some good music. Not only did Anthony deliver on the music (which was great) but he also delivered on coordinating the wedding ceremony, which was perfect. He kept everything coordinated, and had soothing music playing in the room where the ceremony was to take place. Once the ceremony began, he orchestrated the entry of the Groomsmen and Bride's maids, perfectly spaced and timed. And then played the wedding march. Now back to the music. Some people just play song after song, or a play list. Anthony's style brought me back to the days of Cameron Paul, the God Father of mix. HIRE THIS DJ! Out of all of the vendors in my wedding DJ Stallion was by far the best choice! He stuck by the play list but also augmented it when he saw people were into a certain genre. My wedding was on the small side (about 70 people) and a lot weren't dancers. So DJ Stallion used some good tricks to get people on the dance floor. He also had the genius idea of having all the women participate in the bouquet toss which made for a very good experience and picture! Everyone was thrilled! All night I got compliments about how fun my wedding was and how good the DJ was. By the way I asked for a mix of Latin dance, rap/ hip hop, and early 2000's popular music and it was great! During the wedding toast my maid of honor mentioned how I used to love Boy Bands in High School.
