Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out.
