I have cracks and depressions in different areas already! This was the first time we paved our driveway. It was just crush for years and we decided to spend the money to pave it. We got quoted from several different contractors and Tri-city was paving our neighbors driveway so we decided to go with them. They were a bit unprofessional yelling at each other when doing the job. Apparently there were some disagreements. They underestimated the amount of paving they needed and ended up having to get an additional truckload. I think they tried to squeeze what they had over a broader area than they should have. They left a very visible seam in one section and told us the sealcoating would take care of it. That is where some of the cracks have appeared. We had weeds coming up along the edge of pavement and a significant depression in one section after the first summer. This year we have visible cracks. My advice is to go with another contractor!

He even used the extra asphalt to repair an existing walkway at no extra charge. He treated his employees with respect and it shows by the way they work for him. They finished the work quickly and thoroughly cleaned the worksite before leaving. He does quality work at a reasonable price and fit me into his busy schedule. I will use him again in the future. I gave the company a try because I had an estimate done about 2 years ago-this estimate I received right away. I ran into some other issues with my home and had to put the repairs on hold. Sometimes it's best to call in a true professional…read more Several years ago, we had a Mendota authorized dealer install a gas-fired insert in our fireplace. It was recommended that the unit be cleaned every year or two. After that first year we contacted this same dealer to arrange a cleaning. It seemed like we were jumping through hoops to get a serviceman to show up. Once the serviceman did arrive, he admitted that he had never cleaned a unit like ours, which was a very standard Mendota model. The final straw was how hazy/unclean the glass front looked after he left. We cleaned the glass on the outside ourselves and decided to no longer do business with that dealer. Those several years have now passed, and since we don't use the fireplace that frequently, we decided it would be a good idea to clean the unit. Enter me, the homeowner! To make a long story short, after disassembling the front of the unit, cleaning the glass and the embers, reassembling everything and testing to insure everything worked properly, I awaited my wife's return from work to proudly showoff my successful work. I pressed the buttons on the remote and the pilot light came on. No flames anywhere else. I could turn the fan or the internal light on, but no warming fire other than the pilot. I visited Hansen Hearth and Patio and explained my situation to the owner, Jeff Hansen. We agreed that it would be best to have his serviceman with 35 years of service experience, Ray, do a more comprehensive cleaning and determine if there were any components that needed to be repaired or replaced. Ray was available to come to the house two days later. He was on time, friendly, very organized in doing his work, and quickly identified that I had tripped a switch that prevented the gas from flowing beyond the pilot assembly. Ray then did a total disassembly and cleaning of every component in the unit. Certainly, a MUCH more efficient job than I had attempted! He was also helpful in sharing information on how to effectively clean the glass front. The total job took him less than 90 minutes. He left the work area around the fireplace as clean as it was when he arrived. All of this was well worth the $249 plus tax cost. I highly recommend these folks and will most assuredly be contacting them for the next cleaning or if there is a need for service in the future.

The roof turned out to be a nightmare for my budget when it was determined that last of 5 layers were cedar shingles. Because of the shingles the roof needed to be stripped down to the rafters and 100 4X8 underlayment's needed to be layer down. Because of underlayment's, my budget was compromised. The Supervisor, Santiago, worked with his office and got me financing so quickly that the work progress never stopped. Working with Santiago was easy as the two-way communication was flawless. I would hire them again in a NYC second.

They roped off the driveway so no one would drive on it. Next day it is pouring rain, and my garage floor is dry!!! Could not be more satisfied with the job.

The paving has 1 depression where water pools. Paving was not compacted on 10' of one edge. Grass & weeds are growing through the paving after 6 months. I had to sue Clark Myers to force them to finish the job. At this point, they did everything up to the actual paving. As soon as they received the paperwork from the Scotia Town Court, their lawyer contacted me. If I withdraw the lawsuit, Clark Myer will finish the job.
