The schedule was delayed a day due to rain, however they arrived the following day right on time, and the entire process was completed in one day. I scheduled for this on a Monday and service was completed Saturday. Quick turn around! And they left my home and lawn area super clean. My only nitpick is their trailer stayed on my property for 3 days after the work was completed, this was just an inconvenience. Otherwise, I was extremely happy with the service and my roof looks great.

She attempted to deflect her company's negligence onto us, the homeowners, and she lost in court. This shady company unlikely has insurance coverage & is unlikely to honor any "warranty" as we've learned in court. In June 2024 we hired Klaus Roofing Systems to replace the railings, lining, & skylight hatch that provides access to our flat rooftop. A few days into the work, they removed the roof hatch which is over 4'x2', & didn't put the new one in. Instead they covered the hole with a tarp & went home for the night. Shortly after they left, a windy thunderstorm started & torrential rain came down all night. The tarp wasn't properly secured & the weight of the water collected made the tarp detach & all the water came down through our attic, soaking down through the floors, & damaged the ceiling of the bedroom directly underneath the attic. We got estimates to replace the ceiling damaged by water, ranging between $4,200-$6,300. We gave Nina more than 7 opportunities to compensate us for the damage. Nina claimed there was already water damage to the bedroom ceiling before they began work on our roof and refused to pay. And, after we requested compensation for the damages, Nina submitted an additional invoice for $3,200, which we refuted in court. Hence, we filed a lawsuit in Albany in SEP 2024. Two trial dates in FEB 2025 & NOV 2025. We received the final judgment in our favor in JAN 2026 for $4,200 for her company's negligence, 17 months later. We have requested payment from Nina/Klaus and she has NOT paid us as of the date of this review. Her mistakes have cost us 7 times more than the judgement awarded, due to a complete re-do needed of their unfinished work! Our roof is still leaking to this day! These people are super shady for drawing out our lawsuit for nearly 17 months! DO NOT HIRE!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!…read more We engaged Ally to install our roof and gutter system in September 2021. Ally completed the roof installation quickly and efficiently. For a small 1500 sq ft roof our total bill was $22,199. For that price we expected not to have to chase down contractors and to have a quick and easy installation. Ally told us that they were not the cheapest, but they would give us the least amount of headaches. We are two busy professionals so we decided to engage them. It is hard not to look back on that decision and wish we went with another contractor after the headache over the gutter installation, the roof leaks, the damage to our house, and the back and forth with Ally. I hesitated to post a negative review for these many months because the employees at Ally have been apologetic - they recognize they are at fault and fully admit it when we are talking or emailing with them. However, at a certain point we have to acknowledge that the employees and owners are "yes"-ing and "sorry"-ing us with no action or plan of action. At bottom, Ally has not completed the work we agreed upon and has caused damage to our home. We posted a negative review in June 2022 and Ally called us to assure us they would take care of the problem. We took the review down. IT IS DECEMBER 2023 AND THE ROOF STILL LEAKS. Installers left pieces of gutter, roofing, and tools on our property. The gutter installers were not scheduled until almost six full months after the roof was installed. Without gutters for such a long period of time we have noticed and documented damage to our house. An Ally employee came to our house, went on the roof and told us that the Ally crew did the installation wrong. The employee did a quick fix and said he would come back to fully fix it. THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. This has been a nightmare.

The sales person (Jake) who came out to Niskayuna to provide an estimate was very friendly and said all the right things about how TBTJDG values their customers and works to retain your business. We agreed to a scope of work and paid a 50 percent deposit. On install day, the installer decided the scope of work needed to be changed, but didn't bother to contact us to discuss it before moving forward. The result was disastrous. I returned home from work to find two down spouts installed on both sides of the entry in the house in a very odd and unsightly manner. Imagine two very long wings coming out from the side of your house. Upon discovering this, we contacted Jake and he came out to review the situation. The fix we came up with was to extend the unsightly down spouts underground. They had the audacity to charge us to fix the mistake and to make matters worse it still took at least 3 weeks and several calls and text messages for someone to show up to complete the job. Today 2 installers who clearly have little or no experience doing this work showed up and things quickly went from bad to worse. We waited and watched patiently while they lacked the proper equipment and tools to do the job and had to leave several times in search of materials to complete the job. Six hours later we're told that someone else from the company will need to come back to complete the job because these installers were not comfortable with the results. Well guess what....neither are we. I typically don't write reviews good or bad. However, I've remained professional and cordial throughout this several week process, but this is utterly ridiculous. I feel sorry for the installers that came today. They needed guidance and tried to call their boss who couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone or call them back. Ultimately, the job was completed to the best of their ability. One would think that since the initial work didn't go well, they're send experienced installers capable of making things right. I say again, ridiculous. Buyer beware.
