One of the most important moments for me was the mother-daughter dance. During our final meeting, we specifically requested that the custom song mix we created -- including my daughter's voice recording -- be played in its entirety. Unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled on the night of the event, which was disappointing for our family because this is a night we won't get to redo. We also experienced a miscommunication regarding the monogram request and the deadline for its submission. I had called to request a quote for the monogram a month prior to the event but the quote was never received. As a result, we were unable to have the monogram displayed at the quinceañera as intended because by the time we had our final meeting we were informed that the monogram had to be requested at least 2 weeks in advance and a reminder for the quote should have been requested again. Based on our experience, I would recommend maintaining a consistent communication and following up multiple times prior to the event, as we were told that there are many clients being served simultaneously. Despite that, during the event Carlos was on time and did a good job of keeping the celebration lively, and our guests appeared to enjoy themselves overall.
