They made the appointment for me because I was having payment issues signing up for a time slot via website. There is a parking lot and there were plenty of spots available when I arrived on a Tuesday (beginning of March 2022) for a 12:10 PM appointment. Due to Covid precautions, you have to scan the QR code on their door, check in (you will get a confirmation text that you're on their wait list) and they will contact you on your cell via text when they're ready for you. I waited 30 minutes in my car before I was contacted. Make sure you have your photo ID and form of payment. Credit cards are accepted here. The whole process took 20 minutes and the guy that was taking care of me was very friendly and patient (a lot of my fingerprints were having issues getting scanned). There was one lady in there that was rude though. When I was waiting for the guy to process my information on his computer prior to getting fingerprinted, I was standing there and this lady came out of nowhere from the back, goes on the computer next to me, types something and without looking at me, goes "do you have the email with the details?" in an unfriendly tone and then walks away. I thought she was maybe talking to the guy helping me since the computer she was on was next to his but no one responded to her so after a minute I asked the guy "is she talking to me?" and he was like "oh yeah, she was." Other than that, everything went smoothly at this location and I would recommend this place if you need fingerprinting done.

The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about.
