The treatment of their customers is not up to par. Place was empty I was leaving as another guy walked in -his appointment was for tomorrow and he just asked if there is a chance of being helped since he was there already. Response was your time and date of your appointment is tomorrow that's when you can come in. Just zero expression and could care less. I have a firm with over 86 people that need the exact same service. I went in first but after my experience I am having my office set the others up at a different company. Got my prints done and I sent the finger print cards to my future employer. Only to find out the scanned prints were of very poor quality and I would have to redo them. This company would not heed my request to go another location to redo the finger prints on the FD-258 cards provided by my employer or to refund my money. Please note the FD-258 cards provided by these guys are not equivalent to the original ones. Avoid this place at all cost.
