I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, there were no other customers in the office, but for some reason it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out and help me because the front desk was empty. My job had booked me 2 appointments to get fingerprinting done, and while I was there one of the appointments disappeared and was no longer visible. I contacted my job and they told me they did not cancel the appointment or do anything on their end. Instead of offering to help or trying to help me find a solution, the person working at the time looked at me and said "that's not on me, it's your jobs fault, your appointment's canceled." I was already 10 minutes early to my first appointment, so there was time to schedule and do another one, but the worker refused and kept brushing me off and trying to get me out of there. This office is quick with their work, but it's just to get you in and out. If you have an option to go anywhere else, you should.
