Finally came May of 2022.Threw a tantrum in my yard in front of me and his crew when I did not agree with an alternative paint color he chose for my deck. We have wooden fence panels in our back yard that owner painted and missed several spots because he was in such a hurry to get done. Paint drippings on our new sliding doors, missed several spots on the house. Kept telling us how professional he was but we didn't see it. He was in such a hurry to get it done so he could move on to the next job. We do NOT recommend this company

I contacted this gentleman about potentially fixing my garage roof, and offered to text him videos…read moreof the issue. He said that would be helpful. I texted the videos, and then heard ... nothing. I called the next day, and he picked up, but then hung up immediately. I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?" HIM: "Yeah, I'll give you a call." That was month and a half ago. I found a different and more responsive contractor to solve my problem.

Of course, I started with the big box stores to nail down what would be a ridiculous price. Coming up short on so many other potential contractors, I mistakenly searched the web using this company's name--thinking it was another that I had been in contact with. I was impressed by CNY Flooring's online customer photos and testimonials, and afterward the willingness of the owner to arrange a free estimate, then finally and most of all the excellent pricing. I purchased my own tile elsewhere, and used CNY Flooring for the installation only. The owner Sid and his assistant did such awesome work and clean-up after that I'm now considering having more flooring work where I hadn't even thought of it before. I will provide an update and photos when the last piece is installed. But, I can tell you already that if you're looking for quality, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing, look no further. CNY Flooring is one of the best that I've encountered in 20 years here in Syracuse, and more than a half dozen tile flooring contractors in my home over the years.
