So it is arranged that Dyer would finish the work. He expressed how his business stood on integrity. He offered to rebuild my garage 36k and rebuild the back deck 6k, and all id be responsible for was the 14k I had left in insurance funds. As seen in photos. So the picture of this failure of a structure is what Dyer did. Mind you the materials were purchased November 2024 and walls were prebuilt. All he did was raise them as seen in photo. Meanwhile no permits or blueprints were sent to local codes. When asking Mark Dyer repeatedly about when they'll be submitted, I was met with I'm going down there tomorrow. To date no plans or permits were filed. In mid March 2025 Dyer after being asked again for a completion date and proof of where my 14k went to,he walked away from job

Ceiling and walls painted. Also removed an in wall a/c in a bedroom and repaired wall and siding. Everything went very well. The crew showed up on time and got to work. They discovered a couple issues once things were torn out; these were addressed at minimal additional cost. The family room looks great and the repaired wall in the bedroom looks like there was never anything there, inside and out. We're very happy with the work and won't hesitate to call Brian again.

Hired Brian to install new tub and surround which was owner supplied and a new window which he…read moresupplied. Being the only bath in the house work had to be completed and usable in one day. Is completed in the same day but was discovered afterwards that the surround was was installed wrong so had to be reordered and first one had to be torn out and reorder installed at his expense. New bath faucet internals also had to be replaced (at owners expense) because when soldering in place he got the fixture to hot and ruined the parts so faucet leaked from day one. Also a few years later when installing new siding discovered instead of ordering correct window the window that was installed was a "replacement" window meant to go in an old window frame but was installed in a wood frame opening with a horrible caulk and trim job on the outside which allowed the window drain holes to leak water into the wall of the house for years. The wall had to be torn apart and rebuilt from the water and subsequent insect damage. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. Just stay away from Hummingbird. They just simply looking for an opportunity to rip you off. They…read moretried to scare me by saying that carbon monoxide leaking from my old furnace and need to replace right away. They shut off the furnace in the middle of winter and refused to turn it back on, saying that you don't want to see a big headline on the local newspaper. Of course, anything burning will emit CO and I have CO monitors nearby. Another company simply did maintenance on the furnace and said the furnace still works great.
