Didn't look at reservation or anything. Then she's gets to her computer and starts to inform me that she has had vehicles stolen from her before on week long rentals and she will not allow that again. I explained to her to please calm down and talk to me in a decent manner since that's the respect I was giving her. She lowered her voice but that attitude remained. I told I booked through AARP and that the reservation was confirmed and I needed the vehicle as I was leaving later that day on my family vacation. She didn't care she kept saying she will not have another car stolen from her. Then she asked where I was going and proceeded to give me hope that maybe she will change her mind. Informed me that there will be an charge for extra miles and that I would need to get the top insurance package. I told her fine I can even pay for the extra miles now since she had some calculated after asking me where I was going what was I going to do there and a bunch of questions that frankly I don't think was any of her business.. I offered every form of id. Bank statements my business license and still was enough for her... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AND AARP SHAME ON YOU FOR PROMOTING A RACIST LOCATION!

Quality work and courteous of your time…read more I had a mystery tire leak after driving down a gravel road. The leak was slow enough to be filled and driven off, but the next morning (today) I woke up to a flat. Graham was able to take me in on a Thursday morning with virtually no wait. The tire was repaired and I was on my way within a half hour. Not bad considering it seemed busy, with several other vehicles being worked on at the same time. The tire light went off and I've been driving without losing any more air. Now I can continue my roadtrip without a major setback. Thanks!

Pierre isn't laden with services and we wanted to continue our trip when we noticed our tires were a bit low. We pulled in for help and got immediate attention. A man came out and visited each tire with his inflation device. As we got back on the road, our indicator showed us he had actually let air out of our tires. My discomfort was confirmed again. But, at least the deception was free.
