Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Two guys were standing outside. I went…read moreinside and looked for someone but no one was around. No vehicles in the service areas. Soon, though, one of the guys came in and asked if he could help me. I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He took down all my information and I even gave him my cell number. I asked him to call me when it was done and I'd stop back to pick it up. After three hours and no phone calls I called them and ask if my vehicle was done. They said yes, It had been done for sometime. So I went out and paid the bill and started to leave when I noticed there was no oil change sticker in the top corner of my windshield. I went back in and told the guy that there was no oil change sticker in my car. He said that they are printed out automatically when the oil change is completed. I said there wasn't one in my car. He went over and checked the machine and said it wasn't left in the machine. He also said that he couldn't print out a new sticker. So I said why don't you just give me a sticker and I'll fill it out by hand, which he did. I did notice that they did not clean the windows nor vacuum out the vehicle like most of the other oil change places I've gone to do. Just sayin. Will I be back??? Probably not.

Quality work and courteous of your time…read more I had a mystery tire leak after driving down a gravel road. The leak was slow enough to be filled and driven off, but the next morning (today) I woke up to a flat. Graham was able to take me in on a Thursday morning with virtually no wait. The tire was repaired and I was on my way within a half hour. Not bad considering it seemed busy, with several other vehicles being worked on at the same time. The tire light went off and I've been driving without losing any more air. Now I can continue my roadtrip without a major setback. Thanks!

We were traveling and I am uncomfortable with a Goodyear dealer as I have been fleece by them twice…read morein other locations. Pierre isn't laden with services and we wanted to continue our trip when we noticed our tires were a bit low. We pulled in for help and got immediate attention. A man came out and visited each tire with his inflation device. As we got back on the road, our indicator showed us he had actually let air out of our tires. My discomfort was confirmed again. But, at least the deception was free.

I had them for a bunch of stuff to my truck. They did have my vehicle a few days more then I expected but when I got the bill of $300 I was very happy. Was expecting much higher.
