In less than 24 hours, the owner herself, Nisa, personally saw to deep cleaning the house and did an incredible job for my parents! My mom raved about how pleasant to be around Nisa was, her professionalism, and how happy she was with the deep clean. *I'm writing the review because mom isn't internet savvy, she really wanted me to be certain to give due credit to Strong & Fierce Cleaning Service. Mom and dad were so impressed by the professional cleaning Strong and Fierce did that they're hiring the company to clean their home bi-weekly. I'm so grateful I was able to find reliable cleaning service long-distance (I live in another state). It means a lot knowing my folks are in good hands. After paying her she left and I saw she didn't clean my windows at all, she didn't clean inside any drawers or inside the cupboards. In fact I can't tell if she did anything at all. I called her and she said she would agree to come back and fix the issues but I had to pay for her gas! I was even asked by the painter if she had done anything.
