First…read moreperson was Jason. he said we needed complete replacement but after waiting two and a half weeks I was told Jason has "parted ways" with leaf filter. another team would be out to take pictures and inspect. that happened two weeks ago. Dennis and Izek were sent up from Saginaw. Tim , the manager from grand rapids, told Tim to tell us he would send up his "ace" crew and replace the horrible job. this would include two new downspouts and upgraded filters. this is hard to believe that they are an upgrade as this system was only installed last year. The ones we have now, definitely look different than the ones shown on tv. I have called Tim, the manager, four times and have never gotten a call back and no one has come up to correct the problem Pleas don't use this company. Terrible customer service. And all their installers are contracted out. They are not proffesionals at all the crew here never spoke English. Difficult to communicate. Terrible experience

Based on contact with his supervisor, it appears that none of the installers have a way to demonstrate they are a subcontractor for LeafFilter. A couple of days later, I left a message with corporate for the regional manager to contact me, but that person (Tim) never contacted me. About a week later, I contacted corporate to cancel the contract. I was told that they could not do it; it would be cancelled by the local office. I was then contacted by the salesperson. I explained my concern about the original installed not having a way to identify himself as a LeafFilter contractor, and he expressed surprise saying all the installers had identification. We then negotiated a new contract. The installed appeared and introduced himself as an employee of LeafHome, but had nothing on his clothing or truck to indicate he was an employee of LeafFilter. I do not know what LeafHome is as the contract makes no mention of it. The back of his T-shirt says, "Authorized Contractor." He could be an authorized contractor for the Man in the Moon for all I know. This company demonstrates very poor business practices.
