Upon starting service it took a month to receive my tote.When I…read morecalled to inquire about when my tote would be delivered told me on Friday every week until it actually arrived four weeks after I called to start service. After expressing dissatisfaction i was told that I could leave trash at the end of my driveway to be picked up. It was never picked up. More multiple phone calls later i was told they were "unsure" why no one took my trash and that I wouldn't be charged until I got my tote. I received my first bill and come to find out they charged me ANYWAY. Trash pick up has almost non-existent since. My trash once sat for three weeks. When I called excuses were given left and right; the weather, mechanical issues or where the tote was placed. They even went as far as ripping open my trash bags then leaving them there at the end of my driveway. Upon my last call inquiring about the charges on my bill I was given vague answers and told "I'll have my daughter call you." However it was made very clear that I was to STILL pay for service that was never provided. I may have had service for approximately 2 months of the FOUR months they are billing me for. Furthermore, getting a hold of any one to try and get some answers is an up hill battle.

Last summer I had some individual plants and soil delivered from Little Fox Farm, figuring I could…read moreplant them in my existing flower pots.  Let's just say, it wasn't a huge success on my part.  So this year, I brought my empty flower pots up to LFF to see if they would fill them with plants for me.  Sure enough, Erin was more than happy to rescue me, and after touring her extensive greenhouse, quickly/creatively/beautifully decorated my flower pots with magnificent arrangements within 2 days.  Little Fox Farm is now my go-to place for terrific florals.
