Also, they love dogs! I got to see lots of pictures of their puppers. They told us to bring our pup next time, as they are very dog friendly. They're only open 9-11am the first and third Saturday of the month, and other days by appointment. They said they're often there other Saturdays. They don't deliver but they will cut to size. You can tell they love what they do, and they are very knowledgeable. We got some gorgeous cherry wood, five slabs of 5 feet long, a foot deep...all for under $400 with tax. I contacted the company multiple times and was eventually provided their insurance information. Unfortunately, the insurance provider informed me that the company declined to cover the damage, citing a lack of "proof" that the rock came from their truck. I want to be clear: I'm not looking for a handout--I simply expected the company to take responsibility for the debris coming off one of their vehicles. When I raised this, I was told that if they replaced every windshield hit by a rock, they'd be doing so all over the county. To me, that's a troubling response. This situation isn't just about a cracked windshield; it's about accountability and standing behind the conduct and condition of vehicles bearing your company's name on public roads. Unfortunately, that sense of responsibility appears to be lacking here. It's disappointing to see a company take this stance rather than demonstrate integrity and concern for public safety. A little accountability goes a long way--but in this case, it was clearly missing.

New Space nailed all of it. Their installer was friendly, engaging, and experienced. The large closet system I put in was done exactly how I wanted it and exactly to specs. Not only did he vacuum any construction dust, debris, etc. but he also cleaned the unit as well with a great smelling lemon cleaner. There was one minor thing wrong and he went back to the office and brought the right thing right away no questions asked. I would highly recommend New Space. One competitor I looked into had a significant amount of bad reviews on the BBB and social media. Other competitors tried high pressure and others were about gimmicks.
