I have not been informed of upcoming court dates, nor have I received consistent communication from the office. The process server they utilized also took approximately four months to serve the tenant, causing significant delays. Even after service was finally completed in March, there has still been no clear communication regarding the status or progress of the case. To make matters worse, the process server reportedly left with keys to the building, which raises serious concerns regarding security and professionalism. I strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence and not rely solely on online reviews. I uploaded it and asked if we could meet and he told me to schedule a phone call with his assistant first. Karen scheduled it and said he would call me at the appointed time, when he didn't call, I emailed him and he then called and said he "never looked at his calendar". Then he asked for access to my QB and to send my 1099s, SS etc. I did that and also uploaded all my personal, home office expenses in an excel workbook. I asked again for a meeting, he said he would do a preliminary return and then we could talk. When I looked at the return, there were some errors, but mainly because he did not understand my business and previous tax filings. I asked again for a meeting so we could go over things and if I should do something differently, fine. But he asked to do it over the phone. I said, no, I really wanted the chance to meet and talk. I received an immediate email response saying he was "terminating" any business relationship with me. I was shocked, I couldn't believe how unprofessional! I will report him to the BBB. Shocking, if there was "0" stars that's what I would give.
