They junked the quarter panel i had shipped up from Arizona without contacting me to come get it but saved the old rusty door that I had them replace not to mention it ran like crap when we picked it up. (Turns out all vacum lines were removed from my carburetor and intake) Tom said the carburetor probably needed to be cleaned.

This summer, however, the A/C fan started making a sound like a lawn mower, so I brought it to a competitor thinking it would be cheaper than the dealership. After two days of working on it, they threw up their hands and said that I'd have to take it to Ford. My initial estimate for the fix was $1200!! But Ford had just come out with a bulletin about this problem, so Bob, the Service Manager, used a Ford customer program to waive all but $100 of the cost. I didn't ask for a deal and would have paid the full amount because I need my car! Not only did they fix the problem, but they delivered my car to me next door because I work a 10 hour shift and can't get away. And it was washed to boot! Webber Motors did the right thing by me, and for that I am a customer for life.

I am pleased by the work but when I went to pick the car up I was stunned to be charged $300 over the bidder price. Now they had my telephone number to call me when the work was done but did not call in regard to whatever added work was necessary. I asked what else they had done and was told it was miscellaneous and when pressed that they had taken off a plastic piece and put it on again. The throwaway line was that the insurance wouldn't care. Well, I was offended at this. I was paying outright and not charging my insurance (the damage was caused when my daughter didn't make it out of the garage without hitting the garage frame. I gave to say that when Mark the manager could not be found that Tim took the miscellaneous charge off. Word of warning--insist that any added charges be cleared first. Also if you are getting bids that if Nereson does not give you the highest bid, they may still give you the highest bill.
