He came over shortly to review the house and gave us a bid to paint our custom wood sided house. His cost was satisfactory and gave us a date to start and to complete to job. Mrs. Graciano scheduled three different appointments to view my property and provide an estimate for clearing brush in my backyard to meet fire code requirements. The first two were canceled at the last minute. They did keep the third appointment, but the estimate came in at more than three times what I expected. While they did lower it by $200, it was still about double what my realtor had advised me to anticipate. We eventually scheduled a date for the work, but around 11:30 that morning I received a call saying they couldn't make it due to a case of food poisoning. I understand that things happen and that this is a very busy time of year for landscapers, but it's frustrating to repeatedly schedule time with a business only to have them cancel at the last minute.
