They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Rodney's crew did the custom framing and always accommodated any changes that came along. They're good people to work with. You can't go wrong using AIS on your next project.

Buyer Beware - Do Your Homework Before Hiring This Company…read more I don't typically write negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel a responsibility to warn others. I hired this company to remove and replace my residential roof. At the time, it was a significant investment, and I trusted that I was getting quality workmanship. Fast forward 10 years, and I've discovered a serious issue: faulty ridge vent installation that has led to improper attic ventilation and ultimately mold growth, as confirmed by my insurance company. When I brought this to their attention, I wasn't met with concern or even a willingness to discuss the issue--just a flat refusal to engage because "too much time has passed." Here's the reality: Homeowners don't routinely climb into their attics to inspect ventilation systems unless there's a problem. These types of installation defects can go unnoticed for years until they become costly--and potentially hazardous--issues. What's most disappointing is not just the problem itself, but the complete lack of accountability or customer support when a legitimate concern is raised. My advice to anyone considering this company: Ask detailed questions about ventilation systems, not just shingles Get everything documented clearly Understand what kind of workmanship guarantee (if any) truly exists And most importantly, choose a company that will stand behind their work long after the job is done A roof isn't just a purchase--it's a long-term investment in your home. Make sure you're working with a company that treats it that way. I wish I had known then what I know now.
