The owner was in Florida and seemed confused and was re-asking me all the questions that were texted to him. His comment was "I get a lot of texts" . Then he told me due to the second delay coming into DTW that he didn't have anybody available because they had to get up early in the morning for Monday morning rides. We were stranded at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. And had to make other arrangements. I had booked this weeks in advance of the trip and it felt like it was only convenient for them to take us to the airport but due to the late arrival, it was not convenient for them. They shouldn't name their company Van's express Airport 24 Hours seven days a week when it's actually whatever happens to be convenient for them ,regardless if you book weeks in advance a round-trip pick up. I will never use this service again. It was horrible and unreliable.
