The operator was incredibly skilled -- he maneuvered a mobile crane into a very tight spot on the sidewalk and completed the lift without needing to close Hwy 111 or pull a permit. The job was done safely, efficiently, and without any issues. The cost was $2,500, which is definitely on the higher end, but considering the alternative involved a 180-ft crane and a complicated highway closure with Caltrans, this was well worth it to get the job done without delay or extra red tape.
